Nicole Richie and Joel Madden's daughter Harlow is already a little jet-setter. Nic's been at home taking care of the baby while Joel has been overseas touring with band Good Charlotte. Joel has returned to the states for a US leg of the tour and the family was spotted yesterday at LAX heading for New York, where the band is scheduled next to perform.
