Britney Spears' former friend Sam Lutfi has agreed to continue to stay away from the pop tart. It was revealed in a Los Angeles court today that the restraining order against Lutfi has been extended to July 31.
The order was originally instated back in February and legal experst say it can be extended for up to five years.
The court will review the legal control of Britney's affairs by her dad and lawyer on July 31. The conservatorship is expected to be extended.
