Queen of Pop Madonna spent her 49th birthday enjoying a traveller-themed bash with 20 close friends. The singer and her husband Guy Ritchie organised the party at their country pile in Wiltshire. Madonna, who has Brad Pitt, Gwyneth Paltrow and Stella McCartney as friends, splashed out on the occasion. The troop travelled across the UK, dressed in medieval-themed costumes to perform jousting shows, reports a tabloid.
Apparently, Madonna took inspiration from Eugene Hutz of gipsy punk band Gogol Bordello. The pair performed a Romany-inspired routine to her hit La Isla Bonita at the Live Earth gig last month. ANI
